Are you looking for a role where you can make a real impact? Join our dynamic Advancement Division as our Operations Officer and play a vital role in driving excellence across all of our fundraising activities.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of operational activities across a top-performing Advancement Department uniquely positioned across both the arts and higher education sectors. You will have the opportunity to get involved with a range of projects that will help create operational excellence and drive activity as the organisation heads towards its centenary.
Role Details
Permanent | Full-time | Hybrid | Salary Range: Grade 4 (£33,655 - £38,012) per annum
Key Responsibilities
Supporting across all areas of gift processing
Supporting with gift aid claims across all areas of the Courtauld
Support the wider Advancement team with database queries
Support the Prospect Research Manager to ensure that prospect and proposal data on Raiser’s Edge is kept up to date
Complete prospect research on current and prospective donors to the Courtauld as well as support the Prospect Research Manager in the completion of due diligence activities in accordance with our Gift Acceptance Policy

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an ambitious and committed individual keen to further develop their operational skills and knowledge in a high-value fundraising environment. If you have prior experience of gift processing or prospect research, and a knowledge of Raiser’s Edge or a comparable CRM database in an arts or higher education environment, we would love to hear from you.
