Fox Rothschild LLP, a national law firm, has an opening for a Litigation Associate in our Oklahoma City , OK office. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, and would be a compatible and productive member of a dynamic litigation team in a fast-paced litigation practice. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong research, writing skills, and academic record required .
• General litigation experience, including courtroom and deposition experience, is desired.
• Ability to manage assignments and deadlines efficiently within a collaborative team environment.
• Exposure to oil and gas work is a plus but not required.
• Experience in either a large law firm or boutique law firm is p referred.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.

Physical Requirements

• Sedentary work: Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.

Visual Acuity

• Worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
