A premier concierge primary care group serving the Northern Virginia community is seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice relationship-based medicine with time-rich appointments, flexible scheduling, and outstanding physician autonomy.

Position Highlights

Concierge outpatient model

6–10 patients per day; panel of 300–500

Flexible 4–5 day schedule

Light 1:9 call rotation

Physician-owned practice with strong support team

Ideal Candidate

BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician

5–10 years of experience preferred
