Our client is an established bank with diverse assets in the region. In support of its continued growth and strategic transformation, it is hiring Regional Head of Project Office, Managing Director.

Responsibilities

Managing a dynamic large team, you will manage the change advisory process in consolidating and prioritizing business needs for change projects and optimizing investment based on alignment with business and company's priorities. You will manage and implement projects and change requests on agreed scope, budget and timeline. Working with stakeholders across the business units and functional divisions, you will drive and monitor realization of project KPIs and ROI. In collaboration with business and functional leaders, you will participate in the ideation of book of programs through understanding business drivers, regulatory changes and industry developments.

Requirements

You possess at least 15 years of relevant experience including project management, business and project delivery, and / or consulting. You are a credible leader, influencer, visionary, strategic, driven and tenacious. Relevant experience in the financial services industry covering wholesale banking (including corporate banking, structured financing, transaction banking and global markets) businesses.
