The Body Collective is a therapeutic massage studio focused on skilled, intentional bodywork. We serve clients seeking effective treatment for chronic tension, injury recovery, and long-term muscular health—not just relaxation.
We are currently hiring licensed massage therapists and are open to both experienced clinicians and new graduates who are eager to grow.
This role includes:
Providing high-quality therapeutic massage tailored to client needs
Delivering 60–90 minute sessions with clinical focus and intention
Maintaining accurate and timely SOAP notes
Rebooking and building client relationships professionally
Collaborating with the team to support client outcomes
Continuing to refine technique through feedback and mentorship
You’ll work in a supportive, structured environment with steady client flow. We prioritize therapist longevity, skill development, and professionalism.
Mentorship is available under Ann Milliron, a therapist with 15+ years of experience specializing in injury treatment and complex muscular patterns.
Employment type:
W-2 employee (part-time or full-time)
Pay rate:
40% commission on massage service revenue (tips 100% to therapist)
Typical earnings: 52–$58+ per hour based on booked sessions
Seattle minimum wage guaranteed for all hours worked

Requirements
We’re looking for therapists who are serious about their craft and committed to growth.
Required:
Current Washington State Massage License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Professional liability insurance
Strong foundational knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics
Ability to perform therapeutic and deep tissue work safely and effectively
Clear communication and professional boundaries
Preferred Qualities:
Eagerness to learn and refine technique
Ability to receive constructive feedback without defensiveness
Interest in injury treatment and corrective bodywork
Strong work ethic and reliability
Desire to build a sustainable, long-term massage career
