Responsibilities
The Inserta Tee Market Manager position provides expert support to ensure the goals and standards of the company are being met. This position is recognized as an expert product resource that facilitates the growth of the product by collaborating with sales, marketing, and other teams. This position is responsible to raise awareness, acceptance, and usage of Inserta products leading to sales growth. This position is expected to travel 50% of the time. The Lead Product Specialist position reports directly to the Product Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Engineering, or technical field preferred).
- 35 years of constructionrelated sales and sales management experience.
- Experience with engineered or technical products.
- Proven history of growing sales and driving business development.
- Recognition as a strong industry sales performer (awards, measurable achievements, etc.).
- Prior governmental sales or publicsector business development experience preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong business acumen across sales, finance, and operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and build longterm relationships.
- Highly organized with strong analytical abilities.
- Goaldriven, selfmotivated, and competitive.
- Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Effective timemanagement and the ability to multitask.
- Professional executive presence and clear communication abilities.
