Synopsis

The primary purpose of this role is to work on strategic projects and analytical initiatives within the Commercial Strategy team. The individual will work closely with key internal stakeholders across the division and broader Etihad organization, with the objective of supporting the development and execution of commercial strategies.

Accountabilities
• Drive the delivery of high-impact strategic and analytical initiatives within the Commercial Strategy function, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities.
• Oversee the planning and execution of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and strategic value, while fostering a culture of accountability within project teams.
• Track project performance, proactively identifying risks and variances, and leading escalation and mitigation efforts with senior stakeholders.
• Lead the development of executive-level deliverables and presentation, synthesizing complex analyses into clear, strategic recommendations for senior leadership and key decision-makers.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement, driving collaboration across internal departments and external partners to deliver strategic outcomes.
• Assist with other special projects and tasks within the team and wider Commercial Strategy department as required.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Min. of 5 years' experience in aviation or consulting field
• Strong command of English language (verbal and written)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Strong MS 365 skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Project planning and coordination skills
