A fast‑growing, boutique management consulting firm is seeking a high‑impact Management Consultant to serve as the right hand to the COO and Head of Management Consulting. About the Role

In this role, you will work directly with executive leadership to:

• Lead and execute strategic consulting engagements
• Manage complex, cross‑functional client initiatives
• Build internal frameworks, methodologies, and operational processes
• Drive strategic decision‑making alongside the COO
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and senior leadership

• 6-10 years of management consulting or strategic advisory experience

Location Requirement

This is a hybrid position based in Dallas, TX, and requires being in the office at least 3 days per week.
