Your new role

• Execute end-to-end M&A and advisory transactions across industry-aligned teams
• Build and review complex financial models, valuations, and client materials
• Manage client interactions and coordinate due diligence and transaction processes
• Support senior bankers on pitches and origination

What you'll need to succeed

• 1+ years of M&A investment banking or advisory experience
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and accounting knowledge
• Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and verbal)
• A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
