Overview

• Provide exceptional shoe cleaning services to members and guests
• Maintain cleanliness in bathroom and shower facilities
• Restocks and maintains an inventory of supplies such as tissue, toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, razors, lotion, etc.
• Washes, folds and restocks towels.
• Toilets and showers cleaned daily.
• Maintain inventory of all locker room items at the club's expense and approval
• Vacuums locker room floors daily and scrubs the bath area 1 time per week minimum within allotted hours.
• Always have a great attitude and willing to assist and guide members throughout the facility.
• Manage internal club and outside golf events within the locker room.

*This will also include any duties that may be directly related to the overall appearance or cleanliness of the facility, directed by the Club House Manager, Superintendent, Golf Professional, or Board of Governors.

Essential Responsibilities

• Candidates should be able to work various shifts to include weekends and holidays.
• Shoe care experience is an asset but can be taught.
• Performs personal services for members and guests such as shining shoes, replacing cleats etc.
• Follows safety procedures
• Reports damages or problems to maintenance.
• Demonstrates exceptional character in the performance of job duties (honest, energetic, and trustworthy).
• Meet and greet all customers in respectful manner by name while maintaining friendly atmosphere; handle all minor inquires and problems/complaints from customers.
• Keep all working areas attractive, neat and clean.
