Robles Bracken & Hughes, PLLC is a growing civil litigation defense firm based in El Paso, Texas, handling complex matters throughout West Texas and New Mexico. We are seeking litigation-minded attorneys who want meaningful responsibility, courtroom exposure, and long-term growth in a collaborative environment.
This role is ideal for attorneys who want to develop as litigators, with opportunities for depositions, hearings, and trial work, supported by experienced trial attorneys and a team-based culture.
What You Will Do
Attorneys in this role can expect to:
- Draft and argue motions and briefs
- Take and defend depositions
- Appear at hearings with preparation and support
- Assist with trial preparation and trial presentation
- Evaluate liability, damages, and exposure in civil cases
- Learn to assess the strengths and weaknesses of cases for litigation and settlement purposes
- Develop and refine defense themes and case strategy
- Communicate directly with clients, adjusters, and co-counsel
- Manage cases with increasing autonomy over time
- You will not be thrown into court unprepared. Responsibility increases intentionally as skills, judgment, and confidence develop.
