We are a small, local massage therapy and yoga studio and as a solo therapist I can no longer handle my growing client base! This is a unique opportunity for an LMT who would like many of the freedoms of self-employment without the stress of managing your own business. At Living Joy, we emphasize wellness on all levels, including selfcare for each person. This includes 15-30 minute breaks between clients and setting your own schedule for a healthy work/life balance and so you are not over taxing your body.

Requirements

 Qualifications…

Current Illinois massage therapy license and personal liability insurance

2+ years hands on massage experience

Clinical reasoning skills including customizing treatments based on a client’s individual needs and an understanding of anatomy and contraindications.

Good communication skills

Passionate about bodywork and massage therapy

Works well independently

Professional, clean appearance
