Part-Time Massage Therapist (W-2 or 1099) - Paid Per Service

Pamper Thyme – Castle Rock, CO
Pay: $27.00 – $40 per hour + 100% of tips 
Schedule: 10–20 hours per week

Pamper Thyme is a boutique wellness studio in Castle Rock, created to be a peaceful, restorative space for both clients and therapists. I focus on creating a calm, grounding environment where people feel genuinely cared for, supported, and nourished.

I’m looking for a warm, reliable Licensed Massage Therapist to join Pamper Thyme part-time as a W-2 employee or 1099 contractor.  If you value connection, professionalism, and a slower, more intentional pace of bodywork, you’ll feel at home here.

 
About the Role:

This position is ideal for someone who loves working one-on-one with clients and wants the stability of employment with the flexibility to maintain balance in their life. You’ll focus on your clients and your craft — I’ll take care of the supplies, setup, and environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide thoughtful, customized therapeutic massage sessions
Offer modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release (preferred)
Maintain a clean, calming, and professional treatment space
Support a welcoming, heart-centered atmosphere for clients
Communicate with care and clarity before and after sessions

Requirements:

Active Colorado Massage Therapy License
