Landscape Architect, Director

About Us: York Bridge Concepts, Inc. is a 41-year-old Design-Build construction company specializing in on-site custom-built bridges of various materials including timber, FRP, concrete, among others across the United States.

The role: We are looking for a licensed Landscape Architect to lead our design department. The candidate we are seeking is a creative problem solver with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

       Direct and Oversee preparation and completion of projects through design cycle

       Lead and manage the design team

       Manage work and input from variety of stakeholders

       Participating in teams and project meetings.

       Collaborating with our team across a broad range of project types.

       Provide quality bridge design work to varied product specifications.

       Execute take-offs for a bridge and coordinate with sales and construction teams.

       Document, organize, and maintain project information.

Compensation:

Annual salary range: $100,000 - $125,000

Requirements

Qualifications:

       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture 

       Demonstrated experience with digital 3D rendering 

       AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp, 

       Strong written and communication skills.
