Description
Our Las Vegas office is expanding and, as a result, we have an opportunity for an attorney with employment litigation defense experience to join the firm’s growing practice and assume a major role in litigation, with extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. In addition to employment litigation, the ideal candidate will also assume a role in traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, representation petitions, and unfair labor practice charges. Our firm also offers multiple opportunities for writing, publishing, and speaking engagements.
Requirements
Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Nevada. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
Candidates must have 3+ years of employment litigation defense experience. Experience with traditional labor matters—such as collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, representation petitions, or unfair labor practice charges—is preferred.
Excellent analytical and writing skills are required
