This is a rare opportunity for a newly qualified or near-qualified Adviser to step into a boutique financial planning firm focused on delivering holistic, client-first advice.
You’ll transition from support into a client-facing role quickly, with structured mentoring and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients from day one.

The Role
You’ll bridge the gap between support and full advice:
Attend and progressively lead client meetings
Assist in developing and delivering strategic advice
Prepare and present Statements of Advice (SOAs)
Manage implementation across super, investments and insurance
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Work closely with senior Advisers on complex strategies
About You
Recently completed or about to complete your Professional Year (PY)
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in financial planning (Associate / CSO / Paraplanning)
Degree qualified and meeting FASEA education requirements
Strong technical knowledge across super, investments and insurance
Confident communicator with a genuine passion for advice
Motivated to step into a client-facing Adviser role
