The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll operate like atrusted recruitment partner to your clients, owning the full hiring cycle end-to-end. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role suited for someone with grit, commercial instinct, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

You will:

1. Manage thefull recruitment lifecycle from client briefing to offer closure
2. Source candidates via job ads, headhunting, market mapping, referrals, and networking
3. Build and maintain strongcandidate and client relationships
4. Conduct interviews, coordinate client interviews, negotiate offers, and manage follow-ups
5. Continuously build and maintain a high-quality talent database
6. Deliver against hiring targets while maintaining quality and professionalism

Senior Consultants will also:

1. Mentor and guide junior consultants
2. Contribute to team performance and leadership initiatives
3. Play a key role in growing and shaping the team

What We're Looking For

1. 2-5 years of recruitment experience (Senior profiles with mentoring or leadership exposure will be considered for leadership roles)
2. Strong interest insales, closing, and relationship management
3. Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment
4. Able to take initiative, manage priorities, and commit to results
