Description

1. Support the optimization and development of the transportation capacity platform
2. Work on key modules: route planning, task dispatching, and driver app
3. Collect and analyze feedback from drivers, dispatchers, and operations teams
4. Design product features for route optimization, real-time task dispatching, and driver management
5. Create simple prototypes using Figma/Axure and support testing
6. Collaborate with tech, operations, and data teams to launch features
7. Monitor basic KPIs such as capacity utilization and dispatch accuracy

1. 0-2 years of product-related experience (fresh graduates / interns are welcome)
2. Strong interest in logistics, transportation, or platform products
3. Familiar with Figma or similar tools
4. Basic data analysis skills (Google Sheets or equivalent)
5. Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills
6. Able to communicate well with cross-functional teams
7. Fluent in Chinese, English is a plus
