Experience

• 5-8+ years in financial services
• Strong background in investment-related roles, product, or IC support within investment banks, asset managers, private funds, or hedge funds
• Solid understanding of public markets and the full lifecycle of equity products (mutual funds, private funds, ETFs, thematic, hedge funds, quant, etc.)

Core Capabilities

• Deep understanding of PM investment processes (strategy, portfolio construction, trading, risk management)
• Strong market and client insight, able to translate investment thinking into client-facing narratives
• Proven experience in product structuring and fundraising, including dataroom setup and preparation of key materials (deck, PPM, LPA, DDQ, reports)
• Excellent internal and external communication skills, able to work across investment, legal, finance, and client teams
• Strong regulatory and compliance awareness
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient with standard productivity and dataroom tools
