What You Will Do:
- Work with WSB's GIS professionals and Project Managers on GIS-related projectsBe involved with field data collection projectsBe engaged in post-processing, data management, and quality control of field-collected dataUse GPS/GNSS devices for high-accuracy field data collectionUse vehicular-mounted camera-based field collection technology operated by a tablet or phoneMake high-quality figures and other mapping productsPerform desktop editing, data creation, and data entry within the ArcGIS PlatformPerform spatial and tabular data analysis
What You Will Bring:
- Experience with ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro through coursework or professional experienceExperience working with ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, Field Maps, and Survey123Familiarity with GPS devicesDesire to learn new geospatial technologiesSound data management practicesExcellent communication and analytical skillsCurrent or recently completed coursework in a bachelor's degree program in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geography, Computer Science, Remote Sensing, or related field.
