Leo A Daly is seeking passionate and dedicated interior designers to join our growing hospitality team, known for its commitment to luxury and design excellence. With a deep-rooted belief in the power of thoughtful design, we create spaces that inspire, delight, and elevate the guest experience.
As an Interior Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping and advancing our hospitality portfolio. Working under the guidance of senior designers, you'll support the design and execution of interior environments across a range of high-profile projects.

Job Responsibilities
- Rapidly explore ideas through strong 3D modeling and design studies (SketchUp preferred)
- Create compelling, high-quality renderings that bring concepts to life and clearly express design intent
- Translate abstract ideas into clear visual narratives through presentations, boards, and storytelling
- Collaborate with senior designers to develop thoughtful, brand-driven concepts that align with client vision
- Contribute to programming, space planning, and the design of interior environments, from early concept through execution
- Select finishes, materials, and FF&E that support the overall design story
- Produce clear, well-crafted drawings and specifications including finish plans, interior elevations, room finish schedules, furniture plans, and interior details
- Participate in site visits, existing condition assessments, and construction observations to support design decisions
- Work closely with vendors, consultants, and contractors to bring ideas into built form
- Support marketing and business development efforts through graphics, visuals, and creative content
- Participate in client presentations and internal design reviews
What You Bring
- A strong design eye and passion for visual storytelling
- Advanced 3D modeling and rendering skills to explore and communicate ideas
- Confidence working across concept, schematic, and documentation phases
- Clear graphic, verbal, and written communication skills
- A collaborative, positive mindset and eagerness to grow as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to see the big picture, connect ideas, and transform concepts into meaningful spatial experiences
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree from Accredited Program Interior Design and/or Architecture Program or equivalent experience required.
- 1+ years of experience in Interior Design. Hospitality design experience a plus.
- Must have a natural eye for innovation and detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at various stages of design or execution.
- Must be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Programs and 3-D model software.
- Familiarity with DesignSpec a plus
Preferred Education & Experience
- Master's degree in interior design or architecture
- NCDIQ certification
- Proficiency with computer software including AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Good communication and presentation skills
Salary range for this position varies between $70,000 $100,000, depending upon applicable experience.
