Our client, a prominent financial services firm in Munich is looking to add a junior investment professional to their infrastructure team. The market-leading infrastructure team is focused on direct investments globally. Due to continued success, they are looking to bring an ambitious new Associate on board who will join the experienced team working on all aspects of the deal cycle.

• Involvement in all aspects of deal origination and execution of complex transactions
• Analysis of potential target companies and business models
• Creation of integrated financial models
• Managing of due diligence activities

Who we are looking for

• First full-time experience in investment banking, M&A, consulting or private equity, ideally with exposure to infrastructure transactions
• Exceptionally strong academic background
• Excellent financial modelling skills and outstanding analytical skills as well as sector understanding
• Ability to communicate effectively with management teams and stakeholders
• Fluent in English and ideally German
