Job Title: Head of Mergers & Acquisitions (Enterprise)

Reporting to: Group CFO / Group CEO

Experience: 12-15+ years

Role Summary:

Lead enterprise-wide M&A and inorganic growth initiatives across multiple business units. Own end-to-end execution of acquisitions, divestitures, JVs, and strategic investments, partnering closely with the board, leadership team, and business heads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute enterprise-level M&A strategy aligned with long-term growth priorities
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of acquisition and divestment opportunities
• Lead end-to-end deal execution: valuation, diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closure
• Drive board and investment committee approvals; manage governance and compliance
• Oversee post-merger integration and synergy realization across businesses
• Manage external advisors (IBs, legal, tax, consultants) and internal stakeholders

Candidate Profile:

• 12-15+ years of experience in M&A / Corporate Development / IB / PE within large enterprises
• Strong track record of executing complex, multi-entity and cross-border transactions
• Experience working with boards, investment committees, and senior leadership
• Deep expertise in valuation, financial modeling, and deal structuring
• MBA / CA / CFA or equivalent from a top-tier institution
