Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in outpatient orthopedics required. Candidate must have experience evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting progress in outpatient settings.
Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation of goal writing, functional outcome measures, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
Ability to supervise and delegate to discipline-specific therapy staff and provide student supervision when assigned.
Maintains professional licensure and meets state-mandated continuing education requirements.
Adheres to safe patient handling practices and demonstrated awareness of workplace safety protocols.
Preferred: prior travel or contract experience and familiarity with Select Medical clinic workflows.
