Buffalo Ridge Golf Course is a 74-acre, 9-hole public golf facility located in Kearney, Nebraska.
Established in 1966, the course has recently been acquired by a new investor ownership group committed
to revitalizing and modernizing the property. Capital improvements are underway, with additional upgrades
planned.

Position Summary

The Head PGA Golf Professional / Clubhouse Manager is responsible for the overall management of golf
operations and clubhouse activities, serving as the primary ambassador of the facility while working
closely with ownership.

Experience Required

• PGA Member or PGA Associate in good standing
• Experience in golf operations or clubhouse management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for growing the game of golf

Essential Responsibilities

• Direct all golf operations, including tee sheets, leagues, tournaments, and outings
• Provide individual and group golf instruction
• Develop junior golf and player development programs
• Manage clubhouse staff and daily operations
• Oversee customer service standards
• Coordinate merchandising and inventory control
• Assist with marketing, promotions, and special events
• Uphold PGA standards and professionalism
