Experience Required

• Class A Member in good standing with the PGA of America
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional golf experience, preferably in a private club environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven experience in tournament operations and member programming
• Golf shop retail and merchandising experience preferred
• Excellent communication and member engagement skills

Essential Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily golf operations including tee sheet management, cart operations, and member services
• Plan and execute member tournaments, leagues, and golf events
• Manage golf shop merchandising, inventory, and retail sales performance
• Recruit, train, and supervise assistant professionals and golf operations staff
• Promote and grow junior golf and women's golf programming
• Maintain strong member relationships and ensure exceptional service standards
• Coordinate closely with golf course maintenance to ensure optimal course conditions and communication with members
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning for the golf department
