Overview

The Club at Nevillewood is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Golf Shoppe Merchandiser to oversee ordering, as well as the presentation, organization, and merchandising strategy of our golf shoppe. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional member and guest experience through thoughtful product placement, inventory flow, and seasonal displays that reflect the prestige of our club.

Essential Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and maintain visually appealing merchandise displays throughout the golf shoppe
• Ensure product presentation aligns with club standards, brand guidelines, and seasonal themes
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving, tagging, and stocking merchandise
• Rotate stock and refresh displays to maximize sell-through and member engagement
• Collaborate with the golf professional staff on merchandising strategies, promotions, and special events
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the golf shop
• Assist members with product inquiries as needed, providing a high level of service
• Support inventory counts and reporting as required

 

Qualifications

• Previous retail merchandising experience preferred (golf or specialty retail a plus)
• Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of golf apparel, equipment, and brands is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Flexible availability, including some weekends and holidays during the golf season
