Experience Required

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. - Previous experience in customer service or retail, with a basic understanding of golf operations, equipment, and etiquette. - Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with members and guests. - Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain the shop's presentation and inventory. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a proactive and positive attitude. - Knowledge of golf merchandise, apparel, and equipment. - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic cash handling procedure

Essential Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service in the pro-shop. - Adhere to cash handling procedures and operational standards. - Handle member/guest inquiries and manage tee-time bookings. - Oversee inventory management and support outside operations staff. - Ensure daily tasks are completed to club standards. - Provide operational support to the Head Golf Professional and others.
