Your new role
Inthis role, you will manage a diverse range of matters across a broad generalistpractice. This may include commercial advisory work, employment matters,disputes, and general legal advice for a varied client base. You will workclosely with senior practitioners while maintaining autonomy over your files.Depending on experience, there is scope to take on additional responsibilityand mentor junior lawyers.
• Managing files end-to-end across a broad range of practice areas• Providing clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice• Drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence• Appearing in court and engaging in dispute resolution as required• Building and maintaining strong client relationships• Contributing to the ongoing growth of the practice

What you'll need to succeed
• Admitted lawyer with 2+ years PAE• Previous experience in a generalist or multi-disciplinary practice• Strong drafting, problem-solving, and analytical skills• Commercial mindset with a pragmatic approach to client service• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
