Description

• Finance Process Optimization: Work with finance teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process improvements in areas like forecasting, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Solution Delivery: Design and deploy AI tools (e.g., decision support systems, copilots), ensuring seamless integration with core finance systems (e.g., Power BI, Python, and Databricks).
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with key stakeholders to shape requirements, deliver iterative solutions, and drive adoption across the finance function.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure all AI solutions adhere to enterprise governance, compliance, and audit standards.
• Business Impact Measurement: Quantify outcomes such as improved efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings.

• 2-5 years in finance, analytics, or consulting roles, with exposure to AI or advanced analytics.
• Currently employed in one of Big 5 consulting companies (KPMG, EY, Deloitte, PWC, Accenture)
• Familiarity with finance processes (FP&A, planning, reporting) and technical tools (e.g., Power BI, Python, Databricks).
• Track record of delivering business-focused, practical solutions with measurable results.
