Description

Our client is strengthening its finance capability and is seeking FP&A Analysts with exposure to product-led environments. This role works closely with multiple business and finance stakeholders to support performance analysis, commercial decision-making, and management reporting.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting and financial planning, be comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced setting and show an interest in improving reporting and analysis through enhanced systems and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate product and commercial profitability by reviewing financial results, analysing drivers, and explaining movements.
• Produce standard and ad-hoc financial reports, dashboards, and insights to inform management decisions.
• Provide finance support for new product initiatives, including establishing data and accounting setups and validating results after launch.
• Assist in building, improving, and maintaining automated and system-driven reports used for product and management analysis.
• Collaborate with product, finance systems, and operations stakeholders to review cost structures and identify process or efficiency improvements.
• Ensure the reliability of revenue, cost, and product data by identifying inconsistencies and working through resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in financial analysis, management reporting, or FP&A.
• Experience with ERP systems, data platforms, or BI tools is advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills; exposure to SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.
