Finance Ledger Business Analyst - Wealth Management responsibilities

• Analyse and document current finance ledger processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map processes define requirements for ledger integration projects following a merger.
• Develop detailed business cases to support proposed changes.
• Lead the migration of finance data into the new merged entity.
• Provide expertise in implementing new systems and processes.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Support testing phases by defining test cases and managing defect resolution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all deliverables.

Profile

A successful Finance Ledger Business Analyst - Wealth Management should have:

• A strong background in finance ledger processes within the professional services industry.
• Strong experience of process mapping within finance.
• Experience as a Business Analyst within a ledger of finance migration transformation.
• Experience within Wealth Management ideally. if not wider funds and buy side or financial services would be ideal
• Proven experience in consultancy, strategy, and change management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wealth management systems and requirements.
• Strong communication skills to deliver complex information effectively.
