Description

The Latonya Reeves for U.S. Congress campaign in Minnesota's 5th district is seeking a Finance Director. The Finance Director will be responsible for implementing the overall campaign fundraising plan for the Latonya for Congress campaign. The Finance Director will be responsible for managing candidate donor outreach call time, managing three fundraising assistants, doing donor research & targeting, preparing donor call sheets, coordinating follow up on potential pledges, building & managing the executive finance committee, setting up fundraising events in the district, the state and nationally, setting up house party fundraisers, donor list building & management, and using the campaign's online donor CRM for donor outreach, and other fundraising activities. The salary compensation is $5,000.00 to $8,000.00 per month depending on experience.

Requirements

The Finance Director must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science or related field. The Finance Director must be highly organized, detail oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills and excellent computer skills. Knowledge of NGPVAN VoteBuilder, NGPVAN8 and/or Campaign Deputy, ActBlue and Mobilize is required. A minimum of 3 - 5 years top level fundraising experience is required. Experience in placing social media ads on Facebook, X, TikTok, etc. and developing graphics are a plus.
