Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Provide daily care for boarding and hospitalized animals
Assist with patient handling and restraint
Support our veterinarians and technicians with exams and treatments
Administer medications and help fill prescriptions
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment (including laundry and general upkeep)
Take on special projects with a can-do attitude and a team-first mindset
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Previous veterinary or animal care experience (1 year preferred)
Strong attention to detail and a love for animals
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to Huntington, NY 11743
A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
