Description

• Managing and directs the work of the enterprise design team and developing strategic planning for multiple design and product development projects.
• Developing enterprise budget plan for enterprise business forecasts.
• Leading the most complex design projects and manages subordinates with close monitoring of their performances to provide technical support to sales teams on Vodafone Qatar's Enterprise services
• Creating functional strategies and objectives of the enterprise design and architecture team.
• Conducting presentations on proposed solutions and new technologies to sales team and customers
• Understanding customers' technical requirements and providing high quality proposal.
• Managing new enterprise products development and supporting EBU products team during products GTM.
• Preparing win/loss analysis for proposals/bids/tenders submitted to facilitate continuous improvement of services designed
• Providing support to enterprise delivery team in implementations and supporting post-sales technical queries
• Negotiating with suppliers or other related third parties
• Supporting sales and marketing with the necessary knowledge and technical expertise
• Manages, coordinates and fosters working relationship within internal organization and third parties
• Oversee future service development, orchestrate and project manage as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications/Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of relevant working experience (having previous management experience in Telco or similar industry)
• High level of IT&C engineering methods understanding.
• Deep knowledge of telecommunications-related technologies and enterprise services, including fixed solutions, FTTx, wireless technology, SIP, IP, Internet, networking equipment, and Managed Services, etc.
• Good command of English, spoken & written. Strong technical knowledge of Telco operations.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers, peers and colleagues
