A Top 10 Accounting Firm is recruiting for an Employment Tax Associate Director to join their Employer Services team, located in any one of their 12 key offices across England

You'll be a key member of a 100+ strong national Employer Services team with three distinct teams covering domestic employment tax, global mobility tax, as well as share plans and reward.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a client portfolio including FTSE & AIM listed businesses, fast growing small businesses, PE backed firms, subsidiaries of large overseas companies
• Provide support and advice regarding employment tax risk and governance, off-payroll workers, national minimum wage, payrolling of benefits
• Collaborate internally with other teams across the business
• Contribute to marketing, networking and overall growth of the Employer Services function
• Support in business development initiatives with new and existing clients
• Manage, coach and support junior colleagues

Your experience:

• CTA and/or ACA qualified with demonstrable Employment Tax experience gained in an Accounting Practice environment; in-house experience is also welcomed
• Confident communicator, team player and able to build lasting internal and external relationships
