Crossroads Animal Emergency is looking for an Emergency Veterinarian to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

Crossroads Animal Emergency is an emergency hospital focusing on emergency medicine, urgent care, and referral support. Our hospital has a collaborative, team-based work environment and a busy client base. We pride ourselves on quality medicine, clear communication, and compassionate patient care. Reliability, teamwork, and strong clinical judgment are all equally important.
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Experience & Skills Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.
State Veterinary Board License:
Active and in good standing for the state of intended employment
Obtained prior to start date
Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
Experience in emergency medicine including work experience, small animal rotating or emergency internships is strongly recommended.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL full-time range starting at $200,000-$250,000/year, with a sign-on bonus up to $75,000. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
