Description
A strong opportunity for an EA with a strategic mindset and a clear focus on AI innovation.A permanent Executive Assistant role supporting the executive team within the Office of the General Counsel. Based in the Inner West, this role is on site five days per week. This is not a traditional EA position. The role suits a future-focused EA with strategic judgment, strong attention to detail, and confident stakeholder management skills. You will support innovation initiatives, contribute to AI and project rollouts, and operate in a high-performing, fast-paced environment that values initiative and clear communication.Roles and responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for the General Counsel, managing priorities with discretion and sound judgment.
- Coordinate complex diaries, meetings, briefings, correspondence, and travel to support executive effectiveness.
- Prepare high-quality reports, papers, and confidential materials in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage sensitive information and confidential workflows with care and precision.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders across the organisation and support strong working relationships.
- Provide executive, operational, and administrative support to enable strategic focus.
- Support the rollout and continuous improvement of operational systems, processes, and workflows, including the Legal Support Operating Model.
- Contribute ideas and improvements to support efficiency, consistency, and modern ways of working.
- Proven experience providing high level executive support within a complex or professional services environment.
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and discretion when handling sensitive matters.
- Confidence managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Clear communication skills and a professional approach with senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and comfort working within structured systems.
- Interest in improving processes, supporting change, and using technology to work smarter.
- Ability to work full time, five days per week on site.
- A permanent, full-time, on-site role within a trusted legal team.
