Description

We are seeking a high-energy, highly organized, and dynamic Director of Trauma Services to lead a currently state Level III Trauma Center through successful elevation to ACS Level II. This role is ideal for a strategic trauma leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at building multidisciplinary teams, and communicates effectively across clinical, executive, and external stakeholders.

The Director of Trauma will have overall responsibility for trauma program leadership, clinical integration, operational excellence, performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and successful ACS verification.
