Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly manufacturer financial statements
Review financial ledgers and schedules with staff to resolve discrepancies
Prepare and file forms for local state sales tax
Oversee financial and accounting systems and personnel
Meet with department managers regularly to review business matters (i.e. payables, receivables)
Process and document all insurance related claims/activities
Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
Coach, mentor and grow accounting staff
Help manage accounts payable/ receivable, tag and titling, payroll and bank reconciliations
Requirements:

Must have 2+ years controller or office manager experience within a fast-paced franchise dealership
Proficiency operating systems/ platforms exclusive to the automotive industry (Reynolds & Reynolds is highly preferred)
