We are currently looking for a Consultant to join our M&A Transaction Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Participation in financial due diligence projects within M&A transactions
• Support of independent business reviews for debt restructuring
• Analysis of financial statements (statutory, management, IFRS)
• Reviewing and processing accounting and financial data, including contract analysis
• Gathering information and performing analytical research
• Preparing sections of analytical reports
• Contributing to the development and analysis of financial models

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in audit, accounting, or financial analysis
• University degree in accounting, finance, economics, or audit
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and financial reporting
• Upperintermediate English (written and spoken)
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
