About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist or Senior Physiotherapist to join our team in North Sydney (Ryde & Macquarie area). In this role, you will deliver evidence-based care to clients in their homes and community settings, helping them achieve their goals and maintain independence. As a Physiotherapist, you will support clients through programs like Support at Home and Hospital Substitution, helping them achieve independence and reach their goals.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver services to a diverse caseload, including orthopaedic, neurological, cardiorespiratory and gerontological clients.
- Help clients recover from injuries, surgery & acute or chronic conditions.
- Develop tailored exercise and rehabilitation programs
- Conduct mobility and falls prevention assessments
- Work closely with clients and families to achieve functional goals
About you:
- Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
- Valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle
- Experience in community-based Physiotherapy or hospital setting desirable
