Schedule Required: Monday, Friday & Saturday (Minimum 24 hours per week)

Embers Golf is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Golf Club Fitter & Builder to join our retail team. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern golf technology, enjoys working hands-on with equipment, and thrives in a performance-driven retail environment.
What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the retail and hard goods areas
• Conduct professional club fittings using simulators, launch monitors, and fitting systems
• Execute club comparisons to help customers evaluate performance differences
• Make tailored equipment recommendations based on data and player goals
• Assist with club repair and light build shop work
• Maintain strong product knowledge across clubs, balls, and golf technology
• Support store operations including merchandising, organization, and point-of-sale transactions
• Maintain a clean, professional, and high-performance fitting environment

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of golf retail and/or club fitting experience
• Strong understanding of club fitting principles and launch monitor data
• Confident communicator with strong sales ability
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Availability for required schedule (Mon, Fri, Sat)
