Seeking an Experienced Client Officer Your new company
Our client is a well-established accounting firm based on the Gold Coast, specialising in strategic business advisory services. They provide comprehensive support to business owners through tax and compliance solutions, virtual CFO services, and bookkeeping. They are now seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join their team.
Your new role
As an administration assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations while supporting accountants in their day-to-day functions. Responsibilities include:

Handling incoming calls and directing non-advice queries

Serving as a primary point of contact for clients

Assisting accountants with tax processes, document collation, client meetings, and lodgements

Drafting and producing client communications

Liaising with clients and the ATO as required

Recording meeting notes and tracking follow-up action items

Managing incoming and outgoing mail and general filing

Maintaining database records and accuracy

Performing miscellaneous administrative tasks and supporting the team as needed

What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will bring:

Strong administrative skills and attention to detail

Experience with Xero Practice Manager and ASIC Corporate Compliance

Minimum 2 years of industry experience with proven customer service capabilities

Background in the accounting sector and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
