Clinical Architecture, Carmel, IN is seeking a Client Service & Informatics Specialist perform the following duties: Communicate client milestones/timelines to support team; Support implementation of company software solutions and demonstrate case-specific functionality; Guide client through data loading and modeling, and assist with data management goals; Coordinate with Development, Product Management and QA teams; Test new software releases; Creating client playbook and outlines of workflow for training and troubleshooting.
