- Oversee design packages across structural, civil, geotechnical, and site components to ensure quality, constructability, and alignment with project goals.
- Drive quality control for all civil/structural deliverables, ensuring compliance with safety, reliability, engineering standards, and client requirements.
- Develop bid packages, construction drawings, calculations, and specifications that support competitive, well coordinated project proposals.
- Support project execution throughout construction by responding to RFIs, performing field assessments, and verifying the proper implementation of engineered designs.

- Background in field inspections, construction support, and compliance documentation.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and modeling tools such as RISA 3D, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, LPILE, SAG10, and FAD Tools.
- Working knowledge of CAD platforms including AutoCAD, MicroStation, or Revit.
