City of Evansville is looking for a candidate to serve as the City Treasurer. This is a non-represented, full-time position. Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related business field; three to five years of experience in fund accounting or any combination of training and experience that will provide equivalent knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, governmental accounting standards, fund accounting and general business management practices and procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in municipal and utility.

The starting pay range is $82,903.10 ($39.86 hourly) to $85,182.93 ($40.95 hourly) depending on qualification. Full job description is available on the city’s website at www.evansvillewi.gov/hr.
