Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Capital Markets consulting or industry as well as a strong commercial acumen and leadership credibility
• Strong Belgian market network in banking, insurance, or asset management as well as deep expertise in trading, ALM, asset management and related regulatory transformation
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
• A market relevant certification like CFA or FRM is a plus
