Description

5 Bilingual Safety Specialists  $50/hr. 60 hours/week for more than 2 years in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, 1 year in Jacksonville, and Gainesville supporting a large residential contractor. 1 Specialist for each city.

Local residents preferred 

Requirements

1. Bilingual
2. Preferably 7-10 years of experience. CHST a plus.
3. OSHA 30
4. Experience in cranes, fall protection, concrete, lifts, overhead work and all standard
safety procedures
5. Needs to use common sense regarding the situation. Standards to do not apply to every situation and could pose more of a hazard
6. Utilize root cause analysis with systemic corrective action when opportunities arise
7. Fluid personality
8. Firm but fair
9. Build relationships with clients
10. Communicate effectively with all levels of Leadership
11. Promotes project risk reduction involvement with continuous improvement
