POSITION SUMMARY
Provides transportation to visits and appointments as directed. Observes children and families for safety issues or behavioral changes and reports these to the supervisor. Provides complete andtimelydocumentation of all activities, visits,incidentsand child safety concerns.
Requirements
- High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Prior direct service experience in a social service setting with infants, children or adolescents preferred.
- Must have daily use of a car, current insurance, valid driver’s license, and a driving record acceptable to Agency insurance carrier and DCFS.
